In a deepening of the understanding of movement and its’ effects on design, this edition of [trans-]journal, titled [trans-]ient, looks to examine the consequences of the passage of time and place on the way the way we live and interact with the designed world.
[TRANS-] is a non-profit, student-run academic journal created by the members of Tau Sigma Delta in 2014 at the College of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape Architecture at the University of Arizona.
[TRANS-] attempts to live up to its name by exploring topics across architecture and design, beyond the surface understanding, and through the intricacies of its implications
